In PvE focused MMO's thats all over the place. EverQuest 2 for example (since I've been playing it recantly), PvE in Global Agenda, there is also Sacred 2 although not as popular anymore, it's still there. I think Co-Op is still around, but it's not the main focus of most games these days, people want PvP and I guess Devs like it because its less work for them.
