Hi Aiiane,

First of all, love your work! The person you are talking to about is Burklen. He mentioned this event to us on our vent server. I agree with you 100%. I was about to fly there to back him up when he said eventually he had won the argument and people were asking him about squared and what it can do to help them.

Great points that you make here. The UI is a tool and thanks to people like you its become a lot more efficient than developers originally foresaw it to be.

Keep it up Aiiane!

Regards

This is kind of a segway onto the subject of interface addons, where I feel that many people have misconceptions or unreasonable ideas which your post can be used to address. A game which allows for interface addons is still only allowing that to extend to how far the user wants to take it. If a player wants to make full use of addons they have the ability to do so, and at the same time if a player doesn't like them; they don't have to use them. All the while this is under the control of the game's developers, certainly some 'interesting' usage of game mechanics will happen but it can always be kept in check.
